Lexus Power LLC is an independent electricity broker registered with the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) under registration no. BR190305. We help customers compare competitive electricity offers from retail electric providers (REPs).

We are not a retail electric provider or a transmission and distribution utility. We do not generate, transmit, or deliver electricity. Your local utility continues to deliver your power, maintain the lines, and respond to outages whichever provider you choose. Using a broker does not change the reliability of your service.

There is no charge to request pricing, and a request does not oblige you to switch. If you enroll, we are compensated for our brokerage services. This compensation is typically paid by the retail electric provider and may be included in the price you pay. Before you sign, we will tell you in writing who pays us, how we are paid, and the terms of our service, as Texas rules require.

Electricity pricing depends on market conditions, usage patterns, and contract timing. Any rates, estimates, or savings discussed on this site or in our materials are illustrative and do not guarantee future pricing or savings. The price, terms, and conditions of your electric service are set by the REP's contract documents, including its Electricity Facts Label (EFL) and Terms of Service.

Content on this site, including market commentary and educational articles, is for general information only and is not legal, financial, or tax advice.

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated means to scrape or harvest content or data.

The Lexus Power name, logo, and site content are owned by Lexus Power LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our marks without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lexus Power is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability related to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Texas law or PUCT rules relating to brokerage services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
